Getting Fit for the Main Event!
This class is designed to help you prepare for the rigors of pregnancy and childbirth. We will concentrate on full body exercises that will strengthen your legs, core, and pelvic floor area to prepare for your labor and birth. As importantly, we work on movements that stabilize your pelvis and spine in order to help prevent pelvic girdle pain and a changing center of gravity --which shifts your posture and alignment.

- yoga mat
- hand weights
- spri exercise bands
- water
- pillow for relaxation
